Joe and his staff always appear at the Napa Valley Mustard Festival,
bringing ravioli or couscous salad to the thousands of visitors that
walk the halls of the Festival. Joe is also a featured "Guest
Chef" and prepares a 30-minute meal while telling stories of growing up
in his Italian American home in Clyde, New York, a village of 2,000
residents in upstate New York. He can't get away with
embellishing those stories -- Papa Teenie, Joe's Dad, is always at

Joe Salerno is a featured chef at the Napa Downtown "Chef's Market"
which takes place every Friday night in the summer along First
Street. Along with other noted Napa chefs, Joe regales his
audiences with tasty treats and scrumptious easy-to-make authentic

The Kiwanis Club of Napa Valley holds its "Harvest Festival" each
September at Krug Winery. Joe and his friendly staff (good
friends David and Patty Pavlik) always are ready to feed those hungry
Kiwanians and their guests, while visiting other tables and sampling
the wonderful wines available. |
